A sequence of characters that you must input to gain access to Online Access. A password is case sensitive, must include at least 1 alpha and 1 numeric character, and be between 8 and 32 characters in length. It must be different from your user ID. It cannot begin or end with a space and cannot include repeating characters, a single quotation mark, a double quotation mark, a comma, a greater-than symbol, or a less-than symbol.

A company or organization that sends you a bill, invoice, or statement, usually a request for payment for a product or service.

A description you assign to identify a payee.

The group that you assign to a payee during setup.
