Add Online Statements
Online statements are electronic versions of the statements you receive in the mail. Online access means that you can view your online statements at any time, from any location.
If the Statement feature is available, you
can access the Statements page by clicking Statements on the Notes menu.
- Click the Notes tab.
Result: The Notes menu is displayed.
- Click the Statements menu
item.
Note: If you do not have an e-mail address on file with us, you will first be asked to provide one.
Result: The Add Online Statements page is displayed.
- Follow the instructions on the page to add online statements for your accounts.

Note: If required, follow the instructions for downloading Adobe Reader® software.
- Click the "I have read and agree to the Ford Interest Advantage Online Terms and Conditions" box.
- Click Submit.
Result: The Add Online Statements - Confirmation page is displayed.
Typically, your first online statement is available to be viewed when your next statement is produced. You will receive an e-mail when a new statement is available online. If you open new notes and want to view their statements online, go to the Change Statement Delivery page to set them up for online statements.
