Change Statement Delivery Method
The Change Statement Delivery Method page is used to select the delivery method for your note statements.
You can access the Change Statement Delivery Method page by clicking
the Change Statement Delivery Method link on the Investor Service Index page.
- Click the Investor Service
tab.
Result: The Investor Service Index page is displayed.
- Click Change Statement
Delivery Method.
Result: The Change Statement Delivery Method page is displayed.
- Select a statement
delivery method for the available notes.
Note: Before you deselect a note for online statements, you may want to print or save your statements. Once a note is deselected, you will no longer be able to view any statements previously delivered online.
- Review the Ford Interest
Advantage Online Terms and Conditions.
Note: If required, follow the instructions for downloading Adobe Reader® software.
- Click the "I have read and agree to the Ford Interest Advantage Online Terms and Conditions" box.
- Click Submit.
Result: The Add Online Statements - Confirmation page is displayed.
These changes take effect when your next statement is produced. You will receive an e-mail when a new statement is available online.
