Customize Your Notes

The Customize Your Notes page is used to define information about your Online Access notes. For notes, you can personalize note descriptions, select the notes you want visible on Online Access pages, and choose to pay bills electronically. For external accounts, you can personalize the account descriptions.

You can access the Customize Your Notes page by clicking the Customize Your Notes link on the Investor Service Index page.
  1. Click the Investor Service tab.

    Result: The Investor Service Index page is displayed.

  2. Click Customize Your Notes.

    Result: The Customize Your Notes page is displayed.

  3. If you want a personalized note name to be displayed when you use Online Access, enter a Description.
  4. You can choose what note information you want to view online. Select Hide Note if you no longer want to view the note information online. Deselect Hide Note if you want to view information for the note online.
    Note: You must be able to view at least 1 note online.
  5. If Use for Bill Payment is available, you can change which note is used to pay bills or add another note from which to pay bills. Select this option if you want to pay bills from the note and deselect it if you no longer want it used to pay bills.
    Note: When you deselect an note for Bill Payment, any scheduled payments are automatically deleted. If you have only one note that can be used to pay bills and want to deselect it, please contact the Support Center to complete this change.
  6. If available, you can choose to enter a starting check number for checks that we send on your behalf.
    Note: This number should not overlap with checks that you have already used or will use in the future.
  7. Click Submit.

    Result: The Customize Your Notes Confirmation page is displayed.
