Are my messages secure?

Yes. Online Access messages do not travel outside of Online Access and confidential data, such as note numbers or tax IDs, is secure.

How do I send a message?

To send us a message, click Contact Us from the Investor Service Index page.

How long are messages available for viewing?

For 180 days. After that, the messages are automatically deleted.

Can I save a copy of a message?

Yes. You can either save a copy using your browser or by copying and pasting the contents of the message into a word processing document and saving the document.

Do I have to delete messages?

No. Messages are automatically deleted after 180 days.

What is an alert?

Alerts help you manage your notes and financial activity. They alert you when a scheduled transaction is processed or if it fails, or when a specified balance is reached.

Why would I use alerts?

Alerts help you stay informed about your notes and transactions anytime, anywhere.

What are service alerts?

Service alerts are automatically sent when changes are made to your online note access, new notes are added, or when new statements are available online.

Where are alert messages sent?

An alert is automatically sent to you as an Online Access message. You can also choose to have an alert sent to your personal e-mail address.

How do I stop receiving alerts?

To stop receiving an alert, go to the Manage Alerts page and click delete. If you want to have an alert sent to different contact information, click Change or add new contact information and then assign it to the alert.

For which external transfers will I receive alerts?

When you choose to receive Completed Transfer or Failed Transfer alerts, a message is sent when you are a note holder on both the To and From notes and the transfer is successfully completed (Transfer-Completed) or fails to process (Transfer-Failed). If you are a note holder on only one of the notes, no alert message is sent.

How is my address used?

Correspondence regarding your note can be sent to your address.
